Robert Half is excited to announce a job opening for an Office Manager. We are looking for an individual who is proactive, pays close attention to detail and yearns to be part of our dynamic team. The person we seek will be the face of our company, solely responsible for the running of the front office area and ensuring that we present an inviting ambiance for our esteemed guests. This role is critical in maintaining the efficient running and neatness of our office. As the first line of contact for visitors to our office or incoming calls, you'll be responsible for the proper greeting, direction, and provision of necessary assistance. In addition, your duties will encompass the management of office supplies, basic invoicing duties, execution of administrative projects, and ensuring our kitchen remains appropriately stocked to support our team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Reception Duties: Give a warm welcome to all visitors, provide assistance by directing them to the right departments or conference rooms to ensure a pleasant experience.
• Call Management: Handle supposed inbound calls, ensuring they are correctly relayed to the right departments or team members and respond to inquiries as necessary.
• Office Supply Management: Keep an eye on office supply inventory, place necessary orders, and ensure all supplies needed are within easy reach.
• Invoicing Duties: Assist with basic invoicing operations, consisting mainly of data entry and record maintenance.
• Miscellaneous Administrative Tasks: Provide support for various assigned administrative projects.
• Kitchen Management: Regularly restock snacks, beverages, and other essentials in the kitchen for our team.
• Mail handling: Accept, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages efficiently.
• Routine Office Assistance: Help with photocopying, filing, and other routine office tasks. Qualifications:

Qualifications:
• A high school diploma or its equivalent; College degree or coursework would be a plus.
• Prior work experience in an office or administrative setting will be an added advantage but not compulsory.
• Should possess outstanding communication skills, exuding a friendly and professional personality.
• Strong competence in organization and multitasking is required.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications, particularly Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
• Detail-oriented and possessing a proactive style to problem-solving.
