Description
We currently have a need for a Receptionist for our Fortune 500 client in the southwest metro. The Receptionist will effectively meet, greet, and assist all building visitors on the phone or in person, provide first-level customer service and building security at the entrance, and perform various clerical tasks to support the building. The Receptionist will take work direction from leaders and/or other team members. The ideal candidate would be highly-skilled and capable of effectively communicating. Your responsibilities:
Greet persons entering building, determine nature and purpose of visit, and direct or request an escort to specific destinations.
Be familiar with daily building schedules and activities, and possess a general knowledge of current company events.
Perpetuate a number of different office filing processes and offer general office filing support
Use strong prioritization skills and a sense of urgency
Handle and route all incoming phone calls
Support other administrative staff with support overflow work, including word processing, data entry and Internet research tasks

Excellent telephone etiquette and keyboard skills
Solid understanding of Microsoft Word
