Robert Half is seeking a Sales Program Manager to spearhead the creation and execution of strategic sales initiatives that align with our client's revenue goals. This role involves collaboration across departments such as sales, marketing, and product development, ensuring that programs are effectively driving sales performance and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:

  • Initiate and manage sales programs and initiatives that support company objectives, with a focus on continuous improvement and streamlined operations.

  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization to drive stronger performance and efficiencies.

  • Partner with teams across the organization, including sales, marketing, product management, and operations, to ensure effective program implementation.

  • Monitor sales trends, analyze program effectiveness, and provide actionable insights to adjust and optimize sales initiatives.

  • Develop long-term strategies to scale sales efforts, while staying informed on industry trends and opportunities for growth.

  • Staying informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to identify new growth opportunities.

  • Monitoring customer accounts and taking appropriate action based on account status.

    Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales or program management role within the manufacturing industry.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar CRM platform.

• Knowledge and experience with Tableau software strongly preferred.

• Exceptional customer service and account management skills.

• Experience with program management and sales growth strategies.

• Ability to analyze trends and develop recommendations based on sales metrics.

• Excellent time management and organizational skills.

• Familiarity with data management principles and best practices.

• Strong organizational capabilities.

• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
