Robert Half Sr. Financial Analyst in Bloomington, Minnesota
Description Robert Half is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Senior Financial Analyst for a consulting role. In this position, the candidate will analyze key financial data, prepare comprehensive reports, and provide substantial insights to aid the client's business decisions. Collaboration with cross-functional teams for precise and prompt financial reporting would be essential. This is a hybrid role with 3 days on site required.
Responsibilities:
Administration of detailed financial data analysis
Collaboration with various teams to ensure accurate financial reporting
Development and maintenance of financial forecasting and budgeting models
Examination of revenue and expense data to identify cost-saving strategies
Participation in ad-hoc financial analysis and projects when needed
Qualifications (Required):
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or relevant field
3+ years of experience in the field of financial analysis or related fields
Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
Prior work exposure in the technology industry
Familiarity with ERP Systems (JD Edwards), Hyperion, and other financial systems
CPA or CFA certification
Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, PowerBI, Datarails
