Robert Half is looking for an individual to manage recruiting activities for our highly respected client. The recruiter will be responsible for, but not limited to:
Maintaining recruiting systems and software
Leading recruiting activities that support the company's growth and development plans
Creating open job posts to popular job boards, social media, and other relevant websites
Supporting multiple divisions in their recruiting needs
Reviewing resumes and the current talent pool, as well as screen candidates.
Conduct recruitment tasks
Scheduling interviews and supervising the hiring process
Provide guidance to candidates during the hiring process

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
Employment law knowledge
Familiar with recruiting techniques, systems, and software
Able to function in fast-paced environments and support other staff members
Highly proficient in the use of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
May be required to travel locally to other QuVa Pharma locations
