Description

We are offering a contract to hire opportunity for a remote Data Entry Clerk. The role involves translating invoices from various languages into English and entering data into a database for processing. Although the position is primarily remote, a hybrid working model is preferred for the first week.

Responsibilities:

• Translate invoices from various languages into English using tools such as Google Translate

• Enter translated data accurately into the database for further processing

• Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word for data entry and other related tasks

• Manage email correspondence related to data entry tasks

• Utilize 10 Key Skills to perform calculations as needed

• Provide customer service by resolving customer inquiries related to data entry

• Organize files and documents for easy retrieval and reference

• Scan documents as part of the data entry process

• Type data and other information as required for the role

• Maintain and monitor customer accounts, taking appropriate action when necessary

Requirements • Proficiency in 10 Key Skills is required for accurate data input

• Excellent Customer Service skills to effectively interact with team members and clients

• Strong Data Entry skills to ensure prompt and accurate data processing

• Ability to handle Email Correspondence professionally and efficiently

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data manipulation and analysis

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word for document creation and editing

• Experience in Organizing Files for optimal workflow and easy retrieval

• Ability to Perform Calculations accurately and quickly

• Proficiency in Scanning documents into digital formats

• Fast and accurate Typing skills for efficient data entry TalentMatch®
