Description
Robert half is hiring! We are seeking a Collections Specialist located near the Boca Raton, Florida area. This opportunity has loads of growth potential for a candidate who multi-tasks effectively and has strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
Major responsibilities:
-making outbound collection calls to customers and receiving inbound calls
-email, customer follow up and correspondence
-keeping track of aged receivables and past due accounts
-reconciling A/R Aging
-posting payments into the G/L accounting system
-credit card reconciliations
-updating Accounting system with progress as well as tracking progress in Excel
-building relationships with the Card holders
-helping them find a way to make a payment and keep their card active

Requirements
We are searching for individuals with:
Prior Collections Experience
Strong Customer Service Skills
Account Reconciliation Experience
A/R Billing Experience is a plus
Microsoft Excel Skills
Able to work independently with a minimal amount of oversight
