Robert Half Contract Administrator in Boca Raton, Florida

Description

  • Lease Administration: Manage all aspects of commercial lease agreements, including lease abstracting, lease renewals, amendments, and terminations.

  • Lease Compliance: Ensure compliance with lease terms and conditions, including rent payments, insurance requirements, and maintenance responsibilities.

  • Tenant Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants regarding lease-related inquiries, disputes, and requests for modifications.

  • Rent Collection: Coordinate rent collection activities, including invoicing tenants, tracking payments, and following up on delinquent accounts.

  • Property Inspections: Conduct regular inspections of leased properties to assess compliance with lease terms and identify any maintenance or repair issues.

  • Documentation Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date lease files and documentation, including leases, amendments, correspondence, and related records.

  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the preparation of annual operating budgets and forecasts for leased properties, including operating expenses and capital expenditures.

  • Vendor Management: Coordinate with vendors and service providers for property maintenance, repairs, and other lease-related services.

  • Reporting: Prepare and distribute regular reports on lease activity, occupancy rates, lease expirations, and other key metrics to management and stakeholders.

  • Lease Negotiation Support: Provide support to the leasing team during lease negotiations, including reviewing lease terms and providing input on lease-related matters.

    Requirements

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1.5 years of experience in commercial real estate or property management, with a focus on lease administration.

  • Strong understanding of commercial lease agreements, lease terms, and legal requirements.

  • Proficiency in lease management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with tenants, landlords, and internal stakeholders.
