Robert Half Customer Service Representative in Boca Raton, Florida

Description We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to become a part of our team in the Healthcare, Hospitals, and Social Assistance industry located in Boca Raton, Florida. In this role, your primary focus will be managing customer interactions, processing customer applications, and maintaining records accurately. This role offers a contract to hire employment opportunity, providing an excellent chance to grow within our team.

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound calls from customers, providing clear and efficient responses to their inquiries.

• Take customer orders and close sales effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

• Utilize strong selling skills such as qualifying customers, overcoming objections, and closing deals.

• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary.

• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data entry protocols to protect customer information.

• Collaborate with team members to meet or exceed customer service standards.

• Manage customer appointments and schedules, ensuring organized and timely communication.

• Resolve customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

• Continuously improve customer service experience, create engaged customers, and facilitate organic growth. Requirements • Must have a background in healthcare, hospitals, or social assistance industries

• Prior experience as a Customer Service Representative is preferred

• Proficiency in data entry is required

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are necessary

• Must demonstrate a high level of professionalism and courtesy

• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

• Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment

• Must be able to multitask and prioritize under pressure

• Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills are essential

• Familiarity with healthcare software is a plus

• Must demonstrate a high level of empathy and understanding towards patients' needs

• Must adhere to all company policies and procedures

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends when necessary

• Bilingual skills are a plus, but not required

• High school diploma or equivalent is required; further education in healthcare administration or related field is preferred.
