Description We are on the lookout for a diligent Property Accountant to be an integral part of our team. As a Property Accountant, you will be tasked with managing and optimizing our accounting functions, utilizing accounting software systems, and contributing to our financial services. The job location is Boca Raton, Florida, 33431, United States.

Responsibilities:

• Perform accounting functions with precision and adherence to timelines

• Utilize accounting software systems to streamline processes and ensure efficiency

• Ensure accurate account coding for all transactions

• Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) in a timely manner

• Apply knowledge of accrual accounting to maintain accurate financial records

• Conduct periodic auditing to verify the accuracy of financial data

• Utilize AMSI and AppFolio for specific accounting tasks

• Contribute to ADP - Financial Services by providing relevant accounting input

• Monitor and take appropriate action on customer accounts

• Process customer credit applications with accuracy and efficiency. Requirements • Applicant must possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in a Property Accountant role.

• Proficiency in Account Coding is a must-have skill.

• Candidate should have hands-on experience with Accounting Software Systems.

• Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services is required.

• Experience with AMSI and AppFolio will be considered a plus.

• Understanding and execution of Accounting Functions is necessary.

• The candidate should be well-versed in managing Accounts Payable (AP).

• Expertise in handling Accounts Receivable (AR) is essential.

• The applicant must have a strong understanding of Accrual Accounting.

• Prior experience in Auditing is highly desirable.
