Growing real estate company, based in Boca is seeking a Property Manager/ Accountant. Minimum 5+ years of directly related industry experience and Bachelors Degree is required. Position will manage a portfolio of buildings. Compensation is competitive plus bonus potential and strong benefits. Assist with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivables, Tenant communications, move ins, move outs
Calculate & prepare journal entries, accruals, and GL/bank account reconciliation.
Responsible for tenant ledgers.
Assist with Ad Hoc and special projects.
Work with the property management team and other groups to support their requests.

Experience with Yardi & strong communication skills.
Minimum 3-5 years of relevant industry experience
