Description
We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for an Applications Architect in Boca Raton, Florida. The role involves designing and deploying scalable, high-availability software solutions, particularly in the B2B sector. The successful candidate will demonstrate a robust technical background in software development, including an intimate understanding of design patterns, architecture, and the intricacies of both front-end and back-end technologies.
Responsibilities:
• Exhibit academic excellence with a bachelor's degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Engineering, or a closely related field
• Display proven expertise in software architecture or a comparable role
• Demonstrate deep technical proficiency in software development
• Show mastery in Agile development methodologies and a thorough grasp of the software development life cycles
• Display proficiency in modern programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, C#) and web technologies
• Have experience with designing scalable, cloud-native solutions
• Exhibit exceptional problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking skills
• Demonstrate outstanding communication skills, enabling you to articulate complex technical concepts to stakeholders across the spectrum
• Show a genuine passion for technology and innovation, driven by a commitment to continuous learning and a desire to stay ahead of industry trends
• Display advanced skills in Database, EO/IR systems, Linux Technologies, Microsoft, Node, AB Testing, ASP.NET, Configuration Management, Database Administration, Design, Software Architecture, Architecture Design, Architecture framework, Architecture Governance, Architecture Standards, Application Architecture, Data Architecture, SaaS Products, SaaS Solutions
Requirements
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Applications Architect or similar role
• Proficient knowledge of database systems
• Experience with EO/IR systems
• Understanding of Linux Technologies
• Expertise in Microsoft technologies
• Familiarity with Node.js
• Experience in AB Testing
• Proficiency in ASP.NET
• Experience with Configuration Management
• Knowledge of Database Administration
• Strong design skills
• Understanding of Software Architecture concepts
• Experience in Architecture Design and Architecture Framework
• Familiarity with Architecture Governance and Architecture Standards
• Understanding of Application Architecture and Data Architecture
• Experience with SaaS Products and SaaS Solutions
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
