Robert Half Software Implementation Analyst in Boca Raton, Florida
Description We are offering an opportunity for a Software Implementation Analyst to join our team, based in Boca Raton, Florida. This role primarily focuses on customer success and technical implementations in the B2B SaaS industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing software solutions and managing customer relationships.
Responsibilities:
• Lead multiple software implementation projects, ensuring each is delivered efficiently and meets the needs of all stakeholders
• Utilize specific technical skills including Atlassian Jira, Citrix Technologies, Cloud Technologies, IBM, and Linux Technologies to deliver solutions
• Apply strong critical thinking skills to continuously improve our implementation process
• Utilize CRM systems for reporting, integrations, and automations
• Use exceptional communication skills to simplify complex concepts for audiences of all levels
• Contribute to customer success management by resolving customer inquiries and maintaining accurate customer records
• Utilize knowledge of Agile Scrum and other project management methodologies to ensure smooth delivery of projects
• Leverage business intelligence (BI) tools and techniques to inform decision-making across projects
• Demonstrate a passion for the industry, creating excitement and momentum among stakeholders. Requirements • Proficiency in Atlassian Jira
• Experience with Citrix Technologies
• Knowledge of Cloud Technologies
• Familiarity with IBM systems
• Proficiency in Linux Technologies
• Experience with AB Testing techniques
• Knowledge of Active Directory
• Proficiency in Agile Scrum methodologies
• Familiarity with various Backup Technologies
• Ability to create and understand Business Requirement Documents
• Experience with CRM systems
• Knowledge of Business Intelligence (BI) tools
