Description
Attention recent college graduate in accounting major with 1+ year of experience in accounting!
We are on the hunt for a meticulous Staff Accountant in the real estate and property industry located in Boca Raton, FL. The role entails ensuring financial information accuracy through reconciling accounts, preparing journal entries, and maintaining the general ledger.
Requirements
• Must have at least 1 year of experience in a Staff Accountant role or similar
• Proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Experience in conducting Bank Reconciliations
• Familiarity with General Ledger management
• Ability to prepare and review Journal Entries
• Experience with Month End Close procedures
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is preferred
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment screening process.
