Description

We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an Accounting Specialist to be based in Boise, Idaho. The successful candidate will be primarily focused on Accounts Payable tasks and will also handle a small portion of Accounts Receivable functions.

Responsibilities:

• Full cycle Accounts Payable processing to ensure all financial transactions are accurate and timely.

• Categorizing transactions on the General Ledger to maintain organized financial records.

• Conducting Accruals and Bank reconciliation to ensure the company's financial statements are accurate.

• Utilizing QuickBooks Online for recording payments and transactions.

• Applying intermediate Excel skills for various accounting tasks and reports.

• Managing a small portion of Accounts Receivable functions, ensuring all receivables are accounted for and processed.

• Performing Billing Functions and Check Processing as needed.

• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of Accounting Functions such as Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)

Requirements

• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel

• Ability to handle various Accounting Functions

• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Knowledge of Billing Functions

• Experience in Check Processing

• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online
