Robert Half Accounting Specialist in Boise, Idaho
Description We are in search of an Accounting Specialist to join our team in Boise, Idaho. The candidate will be responsible for various accounting and administrative duties, including but not limited to Accounts Receivable (AR) collections, Accounts Payable (AP), maintaining management reports, and preparing financial reports. This role also involves purchasing products, processing orders, and other administrative duties. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity.
Responsibilities:
• Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) duties
• Maintain management reports with accuracy and timeliness
• Enter journal entries and reconcile general ledger accounts
• Conduct cash flow analysis and prepare financial reports
• Manage order entry and product purchasing process
• Process service tickets and acknowledgements, calculate gross profit
• Execute various administrative tasks as required
• Ensure adherence to Accounting Software Systems and Microsoft Excel for data management
• Utilize financial services software such as ADP and Concur, and accounting software such as QuickBooks and Great Plains (GPAC)
• Perform billing functions and check processing in compliance with accounting standards. Requirements

• Ability to perform Accounting Functions
• Experience in managing Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Ability to handle Billing Functions
• Experience in Check Processing
• Proficiency in QuickBooks
