Robert Half Accounts Payable Specialist in Boise, Idaho
Description We are seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team in Boise, Idaho. In this role, you will be responsible for handling various accounting functions, including data entry, processing credit card information, and utilizing Microsoft Dynamics software. This position offers a short term contract employment opportunity, approximately 2-3 months starting early December.
Responsibilities: • Accurately process credit card data entries • Utilize Business Central in daily operations • Perform accounting functions as necessary • Ensure accurate account coding • Use Excel for data management and analysis • Handle potentially necessary reconciliations • Prepare and post journal entries as required • Maintain and update accounting software systems • Uphold accurate records of accounts payable. Requirements • Proficiency in Account Coding is essential. • Proficiency in using Accounting Software Systems is required. • Comprehensive understanding of Accounting Functions is necessary. • Must have experience with Accounts Payable (AP). • Strong data entry skills are necessary. • Excel proficiency is mandatory.
