Description

Join our team as an AP/Accounting Specialist. Responsibilities include overseeing accounts payable processes, managing vendor relationships, ensuring accurate and timely payments, reconciling accounts, supervising accounting staff, maintaining financial records, preparing financial reports, assisting with audits, implementing process improvements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all aspects of accounts payable function

• Handle Concur process management, including accrued liabilities

• Assist as needed with month-end close procedures

• Maintain accurate records and ensure all financial data is organized and updated

• Use Sage Intacct for accounting purposes

• Apply knowledge of Accounts Payable (AP) and Accrual Accounting principles

• Utilize Microsoft Excel for data management and analysis

• Adhere to GAAP Accounting standards in all job functions

Requirements

• Proficiency in Sage Intacct software is required

• Must have in-depth knowledge of Accounts Payable (AP) procedures

• Understanding of Accrual Accounting principles is necessary

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required

• Knowledge of GAAP Accounting is essential

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary

• Must be detail-oriented and able to multi-task

• Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion is required.
