Description
We are currently looking for a uniquely qualified Executive Assistant to assist our clients in the area on a contract basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for scheduling meetings, making travel arrangements and organizing daily calendars. This is a brilliant opportunity for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
Proven work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
Proficient skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel), email scheduling tools, and team management software.
Strong decision-making ability and attention to detail.
