Description
We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Payroll Specialist in BOISE, Idaho, United States. In this role, you will be expected to handle a range of responsibilities related to payroll operations and accounting functions, contributing to our team's efficiency and accuracy.
Responsibilities:
• Utilize accounting software systems such as Ceridian and NetSuite to manage payroll functions.
• Ensure high attention to detail in all tasks, including processing and recording transactions.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge about accounting functions, applying this knowledge to daily operations.
• Handle customer inquiries with professionalism, providing comprehensive responses and solutions.
• Monitor customer accounts regularly, identifying any issues and taking appropriate action.
• Contribute to the training of other team members, sharing knowledge and expertise.
• Maintain a proactive attitude, identifying opportunities for improvement and taking initiative in implementing them.
• Maintain accurate records of all customer credit applications, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accessible.
Requirements
• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is essential
• Must be capable of managing various Accounting Functions
• Experience with NetSuite is highly desirable
• Knowledge of Accounts Payable (AP) is necessary
