We are searching for a meticulous Staff Accountant. This role is located in Bonita Springs, Florida, United States. As a Staff Accountant, your primary responsibilities will involve managing accounts payable and receivable, inventory, preparation of purchase orders, and expense reconciliations. You will also be expected to handle general ledger and financial statement preparation, project accounting, budget preparation, and account reconciliation.

Responsibilities:

• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable efficiently

• Oversee inventory and prepare purchase orders

• Reconcile expenses and ensure all records are accurate

• Prepare and maintain general ledger and financial statements

• Manage project accounting and ensure all records are up-to-date

• Prepare the budget and monitor expenditure

• Reconcile accounts to ensure all financial data is accurate

• Provide necessary support to third parties as required

• Prepare and analyze financial reports to aid decision making

• Efficiently organize multiple projects to stay on project timelines

Skills:

• Proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Familiarity with Bank Reconciliations

• Understanding of General Ledger and Journal Entries

• Experience with Month-End Close

• Proficiency in NetSuite, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP

Requirements

• Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a Staff Accountant role or similar

• Proficient in Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Experience in performing bank reconciliations

• Knowledgeable in maintaining and updating the General Ledger

• Capable of creating and managing Journal Entries

• Experience in Month End Close procedures

• Must have a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Must be able to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
