*ESCROW SPECIALIST - If your proficient in accounting, let's chat! As the Escrow Specialist, you support underwriters and attorney’s through out the settlement process. Duties will include: putting statements together, pro-ration, customer invoices, tracking AR, coordinating wires, processing disbursements, etc. Further, you will assist with running reports and and develop ongoing relationships with existing customers. 3+ years of accounting experience
Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree, preferred
Real estate industry is a major plus!
Strong communication skills, works well under pressure, team player
Requirements - AA or BS/BA in Accounting or related field preferred
Ability to handle multiple tasks to prioritize needs and expedite tasks upon request
Outstanding data entry skills
Spreadsheet and ERP system experience recommended
Strong familiarity with Disbursement
Comprehensive knowledge of Escrow Processing
Experience with Outgoing Wire
Accounts Receivable (AR) experience preferred
Real Estate Settlement experience preferred
