* AR/Billing Manager * Our client is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Manager to own our end-to-end accounts receivable process. This vital role involves managing a small team, liaising with various departments to ensure accurate invoicing and collections, and preparing regular reports on accounts receivable performance. Additionally, you will play a key role in implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency, staying updated on industry best practices and regulatory requirements, and assisting with month-end and year-end close processes. If you excel at identifying errors, improving processes, and interacting professionally with both customers and internal stakeholders, this may be the perfect opportunity for you. ((Boston, Hybrid, up to $135K))

**Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.

**3-5 + years’ experience in accounts receivable or related financial role, preferably in a SaaS or technology company.

** Proficient in ERP/CRM systems required, prior experience with NetSuite, Salesforce and Celigo preferred.

** Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite).

** Strong understanding of accounting principles and revenue recognition standards.

** Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy and strong organizational skills.

** Experience with process improvement and automation initiatives is a plus.

** Understanding of international billing practices and multi-currency transactions is desirable

Requirements
