Assistant Director of Human Resources Our client is looking for a proficient Assistant Director of Human Resources to join the team and assist with managing various aspects within their HR department. Responsibilities include handling employee counseling, managing recruitment and employee relations, ensuring legal compliance, and responding to any employee-related claims. In addition, you will be expected to work harmoniously with coworkers and supervisors, maintaining utmost confidentiality regarding human resources matters. ** Bachelor’s degree, required
** 5-8 years of HR experience, 3+ years of management experience
** Extensive experience in employee relations, employee investigations, benefits administration and talent acquisition
** Technically proficient in ADP and Workday
