Description
Robert Half Legal Permanent Placement is seeking a Commercial Bank Lending/Workout Assocaite in Boston. Great pay, benefits and bonus opportunity.
Responsibilities:
Work directly with clients to develop debt financing plans.
Draft, review, and negotiate commercial lending legal documents.
Handle loan workouts, restructurings, foreclosures, and Chapter 11 bankruptcies.
Oversee loan origination cycle: underwriting, appraisals, loan administration and loan closings.
Stay current on commercial loan regulations and ensure compliance.
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years' experience representing banks and other lenders in commercial lending.
Understanding of commercial lending aspects including real estate and asset-based lending.
Proven negotiation skills and experience working on loan workouts and restructurings.
Excellent drafting skills.
Ability to work closely with clients.
Law degree and active legal practice license preferred.
Strong analytical skills.
Active license in Massachusetts
