Robert Half Compliance Analyst in Boston, Massachusetts

Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Compliance Auditor in Boston, Massachusetts. In this position, you will be at the forefront of managing regulatory obligations, investigating policy violations, assisting with audits, and communicating current regulations. This role also involves approving promotional and digital content, maintaining compliance policies, and producing quarterly reports.

Responsibilities:

• Manage regulatory obligations to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations

• Investigate any potential policy violations and provide solutions to rectify them

• Assist with audits, ensuring all processes and operations are compliant with regulations

• Communicate current regulations to team members and stakeholders, providing guidance where necessary

• Approve promotional and digital content, ensuring it meets all compliance requirements

• Maintain compliance policies, updating them as necessary to reflect changes in regulations

• Produce quarterly reports detailing compliance activities and any issues identified

• Assist with audits, navigating through complex data to identify and address potential compliance issues

• Liaise with various departments to ensure understanding and adherence to compliance policies

• Continuously monitor and stay updated on regulatory changes in the industry and adapt strategies accordingly. Requirements • Proven experience in a Compliance Auditor role or similar

• Strong knowledge of compliance and regulatory standards

• Proficiency in compliance audit procedures

• Ability to ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies

• Experience with audit compliance procedures and documentation

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially

• Willingness to stay updated with regulatory changes and industry trends

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, Finance, or related field.
