District Operations Administrator
What you’ll do and how you will have an impact as our District Operations Administrator
Act as support to DOSM with contest updates, planning district-wide events, distributing information pertaining to new initiatives or changes to the programs
Act as primary support to the Sr. District branches as interim Field Operational Support at the discretion of the Sr. District. This includes providing coverage for time off, Leave of Absence, and support for large projects
Act as secondary operational support for Branch Directors, Metro Market Directors, Regional Directors at the discretion (with pre-approval) of the DOSM
Provide back up to designated Operational Support duties during interim coverage period
Partner with DOSM to provide feedback on staff development opportunities based on observations during interim support
May function as liaison between DOSM as it relates to new tech initiatives, training new hires, provide support for employees and ensuring completion of all training programs
May be responsible for supporting specific branch operational functions, i.e., compliance, payroll/billing, technology, etc.
Reviews and submits invoices and follows budgetary guidelines
Qualifications for our District Operations Administrator role
3+ years’ experience working in a senior administrative capacity in a highly professional, fast-paced office environment
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products and proficiency in Excel/Word/OneNote required. Salesforce & DOMO experience required
Experience performing multiple administrative roles (from phone coverage to office management)
Ability to learn new systems quickly
Able to work and multi-task in a fast-paced environment, continually prioritizing workload
Exemplary communication skills, verbally and in writing
Strong attention to detail and proofreading skills with a high degree of accuracy
