Description
We are offering an exciting opportunity for an eDiscovery Manager in the professional services industry, based in Boston, Massachusetts. In this role, you will be assigned to litigation matters and oversee the eDiscovery process within each assignment. Regular collaboration with attorneys, paralegals, clients, eDiscovery vendors, and other team members across different locations will be a significant part of the job.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee the eDiscovery process in assigned litigation matters
• Collaborate regularly with attorneys, paralegals, clients, and eDiscovery vendors
• Manage work on multiple matters simultaneously
• Utilize software such as Adobe Acrobat, Relativity, and Brainspace
• Ensure efficient communication and coordination across different offices
• Perform database searches, data analytics, and technology-assisted reviews.
Requirements
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an eDiscovery Manager or similar position
• Familiarity with Legal research platforms
• Strong skills in Calendar Management and Claim Administration
• Exceptional Communication skills
• Knowledge of eDiscovery platforms like DISCO, Nuix, or Reveal
• Proven track record in Project Management
• Expertise in Relativity and Data Analytics
• Ability to administer and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Must be a team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work under tight deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• BA/BS degree in related field or equivalent practical experience.
