Robert Half Finance Manager - Law Firm in BOSTON, Massachusetts
Due to retirement an opportunity has arisen for a Finance Manager to join a great Law firm in Boston. This is a smaller firm, very stable with a great team and culture!
The position reports directly to the Managing Partner and will have responsibility for the overall administrative management of the firm’s business functions. You will work in close collaboration with the Managing Partner and Management Committee, including direct responsibility or oversight for the following:
Partner draw and bonus distributions
Billing, AP and Payroll
Budgeting and reporting
General ledger, escrow administration; credit card intake; accountant communications; and compliance.
Ideal candidates will have a bachelor’s degree or higher in an area of finance or business administration
Demonstrated record of success within small to mid-size firms, with strong communication, planning, organizational, and financial skills.
2-4+ years of Accounting/Finance experience
Prior experience within a Law Firm
