We are offering a long-term contract to hire employment opportunity in the Real Estate & Property industry for a Full Charge Bookkeeper, located in Boston, Massachusetts. This role involves maintaining accurate financial records, conducting regular audits, and managing the entire accounting function of the company.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all accounting functions within the organization.

• Utilize Accounting Software Systems and Excel Formulas to process and record transactions efficiently.

• Conduct Annual Budget and Cash Flow Analysis to ensure financial stability.

• Ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded in the Computerized Accounting System.

• Use OneSite software for property management accounting tasks.

• Prepare and analyze Financial Statements for internal and external audits.

• Conduct regular Audit Activities to ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.

• Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements.

• Implement financial policies and procedures to improve financial operations.

• Collaborate with team members to achieve finance department goals.

Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is essential for managing financial records.

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Excel Formulas is required to analyze and present financial data effectively.

• Thorough understanding of Accounting Functions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.

• Experience in preparing Annual Budgets and managing them throughout the fiscal year.

• Ability to conduct Cash Flow Analysis to monitor company's financial health.

• Familiarity with OneSite property management software is desired for efficient property management.

• Experience in Financial Statement Preparation to ensure accurate and timely reporting.

• Ability to perform Audit Activities to ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
