Robert Half Fund Accountant Intermediate (3-6 years) in Boston, Massachusetts
Our client in the Financial Services industry is seeking an Accountant. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and high attention to detail. This is a your opportunity to shine at a prestigious firm!
Create monthly consolidated P& L and Balance Sheet flux analysis for management reporting
Ensure compliance with corporate accounting policies and procedures and controls by working with business partners
Organize quarterly reviews and testing with internal and external auditors
Work to continuously improve the automation of the accounting and reporting process
Prepare Balance Sheet account reconciliations
Review financial results
Implement monthly accounting close procedures and deliverables in compliance with GAAP
Other tasks as assigned
BA/BS in Accounting, CPA credentials are highly desired
Skilled with ERP systems
Proficient at analyzing financial data and promptly creating accurate reports
Corporate performance management (CPM) and business intelligence systems experience a plus
SOX internal control assessments (Section 404) experience
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong analytical and communication skills
