Description We are offering a contract employment opportunity for a Help Desk Analyst I in Boston, Massachusetts. This role primarily revolves around providing IT support to employees and contractors, often requiring multi-tasking and efficient issue resolution. The position is fully remote, allowing candidates from anywhere in the US to apply.
Responsibilities:
• Fielding contacts from employees and contractors regarding IT issues.
• Utilizing team knowledgebase to troubleshoot and resolve reported issues.
• Multi-tasking by simultaneously managing multiple contacts at times.
• Utilizing intermediate knowledge of MS Windows 10/11 Operating System to address technical issues.
• Efficiently managing time to ensure prompt and effective issue resolution.
• Providing deskside support when necessary.
• Applying troubleshooting skills to resolve Windows OS issues.
• Leveraging skills in time management to efficiently resolve issues.
• Using knowledge about operating systems to find solutions.
• Offering service desk support to all end users. Requirements • Proficiency in 'About Time' software
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot technical issues
• Experience in deskside support
• Excellent time management skills
• Proven ability to resolve issues efficiently
• Familiarity with various operating systems
• Expertise in Windows OS
