Robert Half HR Generalist in Boston, Massachusetts

Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an HR Generalist in Boston, Massachusetts. This role involves various HR functions, including the use of ADP for financial services, and ATS for asynchronous transfer modes. As an HR Generalist, you will also be required to use HRMS and 'About Time' for managing various HR and employee relations tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize ADP for financial services and workforce management

• Use ATS for efficient asynchronous transfer modes

• Implement Ceridian for diverse HR functions

• Manage HRMS for effective human resource management system operations

• Utilize 'About Time' for efficient employee time tracking

• Handle various benefit functions including compensation administration and compliance

• Maintain healthy employee relations and manage related issues

• Administer Ceridian for effective human capital management

• Use HRMS for maintaining accurate and up-to-date human resource records

• Handle 'About Time' software for efficient time tracking and management. Requirements • Proficiency in ADP Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now

• Experience with ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode

• Familiarity with Ceridian and HRMS software

• Knowledge of About Time software

• Ability to handle Benefit Functions and Compensation Administration

• Understanding of Compliance in HR practices

• Experience in Employee Relations

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

• Ability to work in a team and independently when required

• Must have strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

• Must have a strong ethical stance on HR practices and employee relations

• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations

• Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer service approach.
