Description *BENEFITS MANAGER - Our client is a world-renowned firm looking to add an experience HR professional to their team. In this role you will be responsible for the day-to-day operational leadership and execution of the benefits and payroll functions. Specifically, this individual will manage all of the processes, policies, and programs within the HR department. If you are a tenured individual looking for a "seat at the table" and an opportunity to implement best-in-class strategies, this is the role for you! ((Boston, Hybrid, Up to $130K))
Bachelor’s Degree is required
10+ years’ leading and executing payroll and benefits programs
Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and experience using Paylocity or other HRIS platforms are a plus
Experience with compensation management is a plus Requirements Benefits Administration, Benefits Design, Benefits Payroll, Compensation & Benefits, Competitive Benefits Package
