Description
Robert Half's marketing & creative client is looking for a Program Manager for a 4+ month contract in the Greater Boston area. This is a remote, 30-hour-per-week opportunity; candidates must be willing and able to work eastern (EST) hours. The Program Manager will be responsible for driving pipeline and campaign success through Optimizely. They will also assist with data-driven strategies, campaign optimization, and reporting/presenting on campaign results. Must have experience with Optimizely (or similar platform) and strong project management skills. Knowledge of Salesforce and/or Marketo is a plus. If interested and available, apply today!
Requirements
Degree in marketing, management, or similar
3+ years of growth marketing experience
Experience using Optimizely (or similar) to create, optimize, deploy, and manage campaigns
Familiarity with pipeline growth best practices
Data-driven mindset
Presentation skills
Account-based marketing knowledge
Excellent communication skills
Detail-oriented
Self-starter
