Robert Half Property Administrator in Boston, Massachusetts

Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a meticulous Property Administrator within the real estate industry, based in Boston, Massachusetts. As a Property Administrator, you will be responsible for handling various administrative tasks, interacting with customers, and managing property-related matters.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently process and manage customer applications for property rentals or purchases.

• Maintain and update customer records with high accuracy, ensuring all data related to property transactions are up-to-date.

• Handle customer inquiries, providing prompt and satisfactory responses to their property-related concerns.

• Monitor customer accounts regularly, taking appropriate actions when necessary, such as sending reminders for unpaid rents or notifying customers about property maintenance schedules.

• Utilize Accounting Software Systems, ADP - Financial Services, CRM, and JD Edwards EnterpriseOne for various administrative tasks.

• Oversee management systems to ensure smooth operations within the organization.

• Perform accounting functions, including managing Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).

• Handle billing functions, ensuring all customer bills are accurate and sent out on time.

• Participate in budget processes, assisting in the preparation of budgets for property maintenance or renovations.

• Maintain a thorough understanding of property laws and regulations, ensuring all property transactions are compliant.

End of Job Description. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is required

• Experience with ADP - Financial Services would be beneficial

• Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems

• Knowledge of JD Edwards EnterpriseOne is a plus

• Ability to manage and use a Management System effectively

• Must be able to handle Accounting Functions proficiently

• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) is needed

• Capable of performing Billing Functions efficiently

• Understanding of Budget Processes is essential
