Senior Accountant for high net worth wealth management firm in Boston. This firm handles a variety of services for high net worth individuals and families related to accounting, financial reporting, tax. Reputable company that has multiple offices throughout the US with one of their main offices being in Boston. Responsibilities:
Manage the books for a portfolio of clients
Oversee and manage the process of Balance Sheet Reconciliation to ensure accuracy.
Maintain the General Ledger, ensuring all financial records are accurate and up-to-date.
Prepare and post Journal Entries as part of the company's regular accounting cycle.
Manage the month end close process
Assist with bill pay and accounts payable
Requirements
Requirements:
Degree in Accounting, Finance, similar
4+ years of accounting experience preferably in a client facing/servicing type company
