Robert Half Student Billing Coordinator in Boston, Massachusetts
Description
Student Billing Coordinator our client is seeking a dedicated Billing Coordinator with a focus on student financial services. Your responsibilities will include answering inquiries about students' financial statuses, assisting students and their families in developing action plans to cover unmet financial needs, managing daily payment processing and month-end reconciliation, and handling student refunds. You will also maintain current knowledge of various college departments and their functions that relate to the Student Account's Office. If you enjoy interacting with students and providing top-level customer service, this opportunity is for you ((In Office, Boston, up to $55K))
Bachelor's degree, required
Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills
Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
