Description We are seeking a dedicated HR Recruiter for a contract role in the Real Estate & Property industry, based in Boston, Massachusetts. In this role, you will manage full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. You will also liaise with management and staff, providing guidance on talent acquisition best practices. This role requires a strong knowledge of various HR systems and hiring processes, and experience in property management will be highly beneficial.

Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, negotiating offers, and onboarding candidates.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to assess talent requirements and manage job postings.

• Screen candidates and maintain a pipeline of top talent for various roles within the industry.

• Facilitate pre-employment screening and support new employee onboarding.

• Act as a liaison between the corporate office and managed sites to communicate new hires.

• Develop recruiting and retention plans, and coordinate recruitment events.

• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.

• Utilize various recruiting tools such as ADP - Financial Services, ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode, Careerbuilder, and Indeed.

• Leverage skills in Microsoft Excel for documentation and data management.

• Manage background checks and benefit functions as part of the hiring process. Requirements • Minimum of 3 years experience in HR Recruiting within the Real Estate & Property industry

• Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services and ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode

• Experience using Careerbuilder and Indeed for sourcing candidates

• Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting

• Familiarity with conducting Background Checks as part of the recruitment process

• Understanding of Benefit Functions and ability to explain them to potential hires

• Capable of managing Documentation related to the recruitment process

• Knowledge of Hiring Processes, including but not limited to, screening, interviewing, and onboarding

• Experience with Applicant Track System for managing recruitment workflow

• Ability to perform Full Cycle Recruiting, from sourcing to hiring

• Experience in Campus Recruiting and Corporate Recruiting

• Knowledge of Property Management industry standards and requirements

• Ability to maintain professional conduct and confidentiality at all times.
