We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity to a Customer Care Representative in the manufacturing industry. The position is based in Boulder, Colorado, United States. As a Customer Care Representative, you will be tasked with providing customer care support, handling order entries, and ensuring accurate data entry.

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service through email correspondence and direct interaction.

• Utilize NetSuite for various tasks including sales and data entry.

• Handle order entries and purchase orders with precision.

• Ensure accuracy and coding accuracy in all transactions.

• Use Microsoft Office Suites, particularly Microsoft Excel and Outlook, for various tasks.

• Support the eCommerce function of the company.

• Maintain customer records, ensuring they are up-to-date and accurate.

• Resolve customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.

• Process customer applications, ensuring all information is accurate.

• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary.

Requirements • Must possess skills in customer service, demonstrating the ability to handle client inquiries and issues professionally and promptly

• Proficiency in NetSuite is essential to manage and analyze financial information

• Experience in eCommerce is required to handle online sales transactions and related financial operations

• Must be adept at email communications for effective internal and external correspondence

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites is necessary for creating documents, presentations, spreadsheets etc.

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel is required for managing and analyzing data

• Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook for managing emails, schedules, contacts, and tasks

• Experience in managing Purchase Orders to ensure smooth procurement processes

• Must have skills in order entry to accurately process and record transactions

• Ability to ensure accuracy in all financial operations, minimizing errors and discrepancies

• Knowledge of coding accuracy is necessary to ensure correct financial records

• Must have data entry skills, ensuring fast and accurate input of financial information.
