Employment Law Associate Attorney
Our client, a leading full-service law firm located in the Boulder area is looking for a 4 plus years Employment Law Attorney that has experience in a broad range of employment law matters, including, but not limited to, employment policy and contract drafting, researching, and answering questions on day-to-day employment issues, lawsuit discovery, and motions & brief drafting. Attorneys should have significant litigation experience and must have excellent academic credentials and strong communication skills. The ideal associate candidate will have 4 plus years of solid complex employment law experience, including employment law counseling, and litigation support. The firm offers a professional work environment, competitive wages, and an excellent benefits package. • 1700-hour billable requirement, plus a transparent bonus program. Requirements - Quality experience with employer employment law
Good understanding of Labor Employee Relations
Practical knowledge of Counseling Employees
Proven knowledge of Employment tax
Employee employment law experience
Foundational knowledge in Federal Employment Law
Wide ranging experience with employee relations
Earlier work involving Employment Litigation
Applicable Employment Law experience required
Solid understanding of employment law
General familiarity with Employee Assistance
Well-founded grasp of Employment Policies
Local Employment Law experience highly desired
Above-average academic credentials and references
Ability to communicate verbally and in writing effectively throughout all levels of the company
Attention to detail and ability to follow standard procedures is a requirement
Must possess analytical, legal research and writing skills
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-pressure environment, to prioritize tasks and adapt to quick changes while remaining diligent through each task performed
Licensed attorney with 5+ years of experience
