Description
Seeking a Controller for a manufacturing company in Boulder. This is a great opportunity including competitive pay, cash bonus, stock options, and profit sharing! This company operates internationally and offers great benefits including 401k with 4% match, PTO, and generous health benefits.
Responsibilities for the Controller include strategic planning/partnership, monthly forecasting, oversight of all accounting (general ledger, AP, AR, payroll), ERP system oversight, monthly close work, and process improvement. This role will hold the top financial position for a very profitable division of an international company. There is a strong accounting staff in place, so the focus of the role will be to review financial data, prepare budgets, and work as the right hand to the company president in day to day business operations.
Requirements Of the Position:
MBA/CPA
8+ years of manufacturing industry experience
Inventory / manufacturing experience
Experience partnering with the business and making strategic decisions
Accounting/finance leadership
