Description
We're seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Clerk/Inventory Analyst to join our dynamic team in managing international beef import operations. This role is critical in supporting our beef trading operations through documentation management, invoicing, and inventory tracking.
Key Responsibilities:
Process and manage import documentation for weekly beef shipments
Handle high-volume invoice processing (50-60 weekly invoices) with attention to specific product marking and pricing accuracy
Maintain and organize documentation packets for international shipments
Enter and validate data from shipping reports into our ERP system
Track and analyze vessel reports for oceanic shipments
Manage inventory receiving and documentation in Business Central
Support AR operations including billing and collections
Assist with various clerical and administrative tasks as needed
Required Qualifications:
Experience with ERP systems (MS Dynamics experience a plus)
Strong background in accounts receivable and invoicing
Proven experience in data entry and file management
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup environment
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage high document volume
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in food manufacturing industry
Knowledge of international trade documentation
Previous experience with inventory management
Understanding of import/export operations
Required Skills:

Strong organizational abilities
Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities
Time management skills to handle multiple deadlines
Problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment
