Description
Robert Half Talent Solutions has partnered with an innovative & industry-leading manufacturing organization as they look to add a Cost Accountant to their team. As the successful candidate, you will be a part of building processes from the ground up and establishing procedures that will be utilized organization wide. What you get to do each day:
Implementing standard cost systems and conducting annual standard cost reviews
Creating comprehensive Bills of Material
Performing regular inventory cycle counts to ensure accuracy
Conducting variance analysis to identify discrepancies and formulate solutions
Undertaking inventory analysis to optimize stock levels
Utilizing SAP software for various accounting tasks

Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Cost Accounting
The ability and desire to build a standard costing process
SAP experience is ideal, but not required
Strong communication & collaboration skills
A desire to be in a dynamic, team oriented, fast-paced environment that is experience growth
