Description
We are offering an exciting opportunity in the located in Bradenton, Florida, for a Bookkeeper. The role involves managing various financial tasks, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring effective communication with clients.
Responsibilities:
• Ensuring the accuracy of financial documents and their compliance with relevant laws and regulations
• Managing and overseeing client's bookkeeping activities
• Conducting account reconciliation and managing accounts payable and receivable
• Preparing payroll and sales tax documents
• Undertaking monthly financial reporting and asset management tasks
• Handling data entry tasks and maintaining updated records
• Utilizing Microsoft Excel for various financial tasks and reporting
• Facilitating a smooth month-end close process
• Utilizing QuickBooks for various bookkeeping tasks
• Performing bank reconciliations to ensure accurate financial reporting.
Requirements • Proficiency in Account Reconciliation, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial records.
• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP), managing outgoing payments in a timely manner.
• Familiarity with Accounts Receivable (AR), monitoring incoming payments from customers.
• Expertise in conducting Bank Reconciliations, rectifying discrepancies between banking records and our books.
• Solid background in Bookkeeping, maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records.
• High-level proficiency in Data Entry, ensuring all financial data is correctly entered and processed.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, using it for financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting.
• Experience with Month End Close procedures, ensuring all financial activities are accurately reported.
• Proficient in Payroll processing, ensuring all employees are paid accurately and on time.
• Proficiency in using QuickBooks for accounting and financial management tasks.
