Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners in Finance and Operations to ensure plans are executed properly

  • This position requires a flexible individual who is adept at managing expectations and comfortable with handling large amounts of information

  • Endorse weekly, quarterly and annual revenue projections as well as P& L forecasting

  • Recognize potential risks and opportunities while analyzing performance to date

  • Ensure business partners handle their resources by tracking monthly and quarterly performance through the comparison of actuals versus expectations

  • Deliver valuable foresight and decision support by enabling effective Business Intelligence (BI)

  • Have a thorough understanding of internal and external drivers and be able to explain how they are impacting performance and trending

  • Collaborate with senior executives on strategic deep dives on creating financial models and insights on topics such as: Retention forecasts, event tracking and execution, Campaign Planning & Tracking, return on investment of strategic investments, and strategic resource allocation, and prioritization

  • Gather and oversee forecasting reports

    Requirements

  • Experience in problem solving through statistical analysis or with large data sets highly preferable (such as in derivatives, structured finance, or business analytics or in a similarly demanding and analytical role)

  • Ability to simplify complex problems and build solutions

  • Excellent written, verbal and social communication skills highly desired

  • Strong communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills, both oral and written, and ability to build as well as deliver effective presentations

  • Understanding of Business Intelligence (BI) reporting tools required

  • Financial planning & analysis (go-to-market experience prioritized)

  • Adeptness in financial modeling

  • Strong familiarity with Complex Financial Models

  • Experience with financial analysis

  • Complex Financial Analysis experience required

  • Practical knowledge of Mergers & Acquisitions (M& A)

  • Develop Financial Models experience

  • General familiarity with Provide Financial Analysis

  • Mergers, acquisitions, divestitures experience highly preferred

  • Demonstrated knowledge of financial planning

  • Comprehensive knowledge of Ad Hoc Financial Analysis

  • Familiar with Spreadsheet and ERP system

  • BA/BS degree in finance or a related field and a minimum of 1 years previous financial analysis experience

  • Practical knowledge in problem solving through statistical analysis or with large data sets highly preferable (such as in derivatives, structured finance, or business analytics or in a similarly demanding and analytical role)
