Robert Half International Human Resources (HR) Assistant in Braintree, Massachusetts
OfficeTeam currently has a first-rate opportunity in the Financial Services industry for a highly-skilled and motivated Human Resources Assistant. The Human Resources Assistant will be in charge of a wide variety of responsibilities, including owning a number of different personnel related administrative tasks and providing clerical support to the HR department and employees regarding human resources related activities, policies, processes, and procedures. This long-term temporary opportunity is with a company in the Financial Services industry and is based in the Braintree, Massachusetts area.
Moving all of HR files from Box to AWS – assist with setting up the folder structures, managing the data migration and ensuring all data is moved over accurately.
Managing compensation changes in internal
Managing and conducting exit interviews
Update employee database logs
Oversee office and administrative tasks
Benefits coordination experience
Well-founded grasp of Amazon Web Services (AWS)
Deep understanding of compensation and benefits
Human Resources (HR) Administration experience required
Comprehensive knowledge of benefits administration
Proven knowledge of ADP Workforce Now
Health insurance experience preferred
Have prior experience in office applications and software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)
At least 3+ years of HR related experience desired
Capability to interact with all levels of staff in a rapidly quickly changing environment while maintaining an approachable and appropriate demeanor
Sound written and verbal communication skills
Desire to thrive in scenarios of team-based work or independent tasks, always looking to learn more and take initiative on a number of different projects and tasks
Ability to maintain confidentiality of information and exercise good judgment and discretion in handling and disseminating information
