Robert Half Accounts Receivable Specialist in Branford, Connecticut

We are currently looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist for a long-term contract position based in Branford Connecticut. The successful candidate will join our dedicated team in the finance industry, managing various tasks related to accounts receivable, customer relationship management, and enterprise resource planning. Responsibilities:

• Accurately manage and maintain customer credit applications.

• Keep up-to-date and precise customer credit records.

• Address and resolve customer inquiries and problems.

• Oversee customer accounts and initiate required actions when necessary.

• Oversee cash transactions and maintain accurate recording.

• Effectively utilize Accounting Software Systems and ADP - Financial Services.

• Employ CRM and Epic software to manage customer relationships.

• Harness ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning for effective business process management.

• Execute various accounting functions as needed by the organization.

• Carry out billing and cash handling tasks efficiently.

Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems

• Experience with ADP - Financial Services

• Familiarity with CRM systems

• Ability to use Epic Software

• Knowledge of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning systems

• Understanding of Accounting Functions

• Experience in Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Ability to perform Billing Functions

• Experience in Cash Activity management

• Skills in Cash Handling

• Must possess excellent attention to detail

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Proven ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• High level of integrity and dependability

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field is preferred

• Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous.
