Robert Half International Payroll Specialist in Branford, Connecticut


This challenging Payroll Specialist role provides a strong career growth opportunity with an industry leader on the shoreline adding to staff! This is an excellent opportunity to work on a team and run the payroll and benefits side by side! You will be responsible for payroll processing- multistate, benefits administration, answering employee questions, and maintaining the payroll system.


3+ years of Full Cycle Payroll Processing- multistate preferred for at least 100+ employees

Understanding of employee benefits

Experience with a payroll software and MS Office Suite

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Ability to multi-task

Strong data entry proficiency

  • In-house payroll experience

  • Multi-state payroll experience

    • Imperative to have skills in an HRIS system and high proficiency with spreadsheets
