Description
Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Import/Export E-commerce Specialist to manage and streamline our international shipping and e-commerce operations. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Mandarin and have a strong background in import/export logistics, e-commerce platforms, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage the import and export processes, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations.
Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to ensure timely and cost-effective shipping.
Manage e-commerce platforms, including listing products, updating inventory, and processing orders.
Communicate with international clients and partners in Mandarin to ensure smooth transactions and resolve any issues.
Monitor and analyze shipping costs, delivery times, and other key metrics to optimize operations.
Handle documentation for import/export activities, including invoices, packing lists, and shipping labels.
Assist with customer service inquiries related to international orders, providing excellent support and resolving issues promptly.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement strategies to increase international sales.
Maintain accurate records of all transactions and prepare reports as needed.
Qualifications:
Fluency in Mandarin and English is required.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Trade, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in import/export logistics, preferably within an e-commerce environment.
Strong understanding of international shipping regulations and customs procedures.
Proficient in using e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Amazon) and ERP systems.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work onsite in Brea, CA, four days a week.

Requirements • Proven experience in a Project Manager role or similar
• Proficient in using Atlassian Jira for project management
• Comprehensive knowledge of CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems
• Familiarity with database management and EO/IR systems
• Understanding of IBM systems and About Time software
• Experience in managing budget processes effectively
• Background in construction industry would be beneficial
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to deliver projects on time, ensuring all deliverables are met
• Excellent coordination skills, particularly in logistics.
